Pharma Forecasting Consultant

To lead complex client projects related to forecasting, adhoc consulting through advanced data analysis, solution design, team coordination, and client relationship management, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to quality standards with minimal direction.

Lead contributor overseeing multiple workstreams or entire projects, responsible for project scoping, strategic planning, delivery management, quality assurance, and mentoring of junior team members, while serving as a primary contact for clients.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Able to develop from scratch, redesign forecast models including patient flows, baseline trending modules
  • Conduct advanced data analysis, analogue analysis and synthesize insights to develop actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Design, develop, and implement tools, frameworks, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee quality assurance and testing processes, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout project delivery.
  • Demonstrate proactive communication, managing complex client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Guide and mentor consultants and analysts, facilitating their professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of best practices within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and support proposal creation for new engagements.
  • Be part of and lead Organization Initiatives

Skill Required:

  • 3- 8 year’s experience in pharma forecasting
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis and synthesize insights to develop actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Design, develop, and implement tools, frameworks, and solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Train / guide junior team members
  • Conformance to all established processes and operating procedures covering execution quality, reporting and so on
