The opportunity:

As a Pharma Services Research Associate – RTD you will have the opportunity to plans and conduct laboratory experiments following established procedures under supervision. Perform work according to established internal safety guidelines and procedures, and as specified by appropriate external regulatory agencies (SHE, OSHA). Assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of experimental results. Assumes accountability for own lab notebook documentation, ensuring experimental methods and results are recorded timely, accurately and consistently, and according to established formats. And summarize experimental results in table or figure format, analyzes data using basic analysis tools, and draws conclusion following detailed instruction. 

• You will participate in troubleshooting, and present findings at internal meeting
• You will coordinate projects or some project activities. May prepare project or study plans and reports following detailed instructions.
• You may prepare and present results and project updates at internal and external meeting under supervision.
• You will participates in routine lab maintenance.
• You will perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry Biochemistry or related field and a minimal of 6 month of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree in those related fields with no working experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to plan and complete relevant laboratory experimentation following detailed instructions
• Ability to recognize and resolve basic problems encountered in experimental procedure
• Ability to perform basic analysis of experiment data and draw conclusion following detailed instructions
• Basic knowledge about tissue morphology and tissue based diagnostic technologies

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $47,500.00 – $88,300.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
