Position Summary:
- The role is primarily for an onsite techno functional consultant/Sr. Integration Solution Architect with strong skills and should have work experience in FHIR, HL7 Interfaces with FHIR data repository CDR (e.g., Smile CDR) and Integration tools (Lyniate Rhapsody, Mirth, etc). Should have 13 – 15 years of experience in healthcare domain & Interoperability.
- The person will be a liaison between client and offshore team and help build the practice. A real ‘land and expand’ opportunity. Should have strong experience working in latest API and integration technologies.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of Technical System Integration to meet the Business needs in secure manner and according to IT architecture. The person will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing seamless data exchange between the various internal and external systems.
- Ability to perform data mapping for clinical data coming from source system to FHIR data model. Ability to develop and work with RESTful APIs, XML, JSON.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Minimum candidate should have 13-15 Years of work experience in IT HealthCare Domain.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare clinical domain knowledge in IT.
- Should have good understanding of Hospital Clinical, Laboratory, Radiology Workflow.
- Hands-on expertise with HL7 v2.x standards interfaces for various message types (e.g.: ADT, REF, ORM, ORU, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) components for clinical data translation and FHIR Profiles.
- Strong understanding and expertise with FHIR Data repository (e.g.: Smile CDR.)
- Ability to perform data mapping for clinical data coming from source system to FHIR data model
- Extensive experience in integrating healthcare systems using interface engines such as Lyniate Rhapsody, Mirth and more.
- Create, design, and implement HL7/FHIR interfaces in collaboration with clients and internal resources.
- Strong technical knowledge on JavaScript, Python and more technologies.
- Should have experience with writing SQL queries
- Should have strong experience in data integration and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, and RESTful API.
- Experience performing data mapping of Source data sets to FHIR resources
- Experience with various health care standards, programming tools and development platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives related to the Integration Platform (Tool) and Integration team processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including integration design specifications, API documentation, and deployment procedures.
- Solid understanding of database experience (e.g.: PostgreSQL, etc.), distributed systems, and data warehousing principles
- Architect, design, maintain robust and scalable RESTful APIs for data exchange between healthcare systems and build solutions within the healthcare domain, and specifically focus on Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE)
- Client Management – Manage clients and work with relevant Tower stakeholders.
- Lead the integration team through all phases of integration implementation, from requirement gathering to hyper care.
- Manage large-scale implementation projects, and ensure timely and successful delivery Projects
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate clearly, timely, and effectively with other team members and with clients.
- Facilitate & drive weekly service review calls with stakeholders highlighting details for on-going work, pipeline, risks.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Work with team to define project scope and develop analysis approach.
Salary Range: > $100,000
