With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Pharma Trainer you will develop a strategy of pharmacist`s education. Your daily work will include education and inspiration of pharmacists for the recommendation of dermatocosmetics brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay and Cerave.

• Development of the education strategy for pharmacists, Beauty advisers, Business developers
• Adaptation of scientific materials and international product presentations
• Developing and creating of visual aid, which includes product content, physiological / pathological skin conditions, sales technics
• Preparing content for the educational platform for pharmacists Derma Club
• Holding trainings and webinars
• Holding offline trainings and education in the points of sales
• Developing product catalogues
• Analysis of trainings carrying effectivity
• Communication with marketing, commerce and scientific departments, digital team and reporting on time in case of requests

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least Bachelor`s Degree (Pharmaceutical, Medical or Biological education)
• Working experience with cosmetics – at least 2 years
• Creativity and innovative approach, trainings methodologies knowledge
• Excellent presentational skills
• Fluent in Ukrainian language
• Good English knowledge (upper-intermediate level)
• Experienced user of MS PowerPoint, Excel
• Location in Kyiv
