LTC Pharmacist – Overnights

Job Description

Join our dynamic pharmacy team and contribute to providing excellent healthcare services by ensuring the accurate compounding and dispensing of medications. As a Pharmacist, you will review prescriptions to assure accuracy, compound sterile and non-sterile medications, and direct pharmacy staff in the preparation and distribution of medications. You will also be responsible for counseling nursing facility staff on medication use, general health topics, and advising physicians on medication therapy.

Hard Skills

• PharmD with 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist

• Compounding

• Retail

• LTC experience is a plus

Shift: 7 on 7 off

• Overnight Shift
