Supplemental Health Care has partnered with Physical Therapists for over 35 years. We’re now seeking PTs for openings at a Doctors Office in Wautoma, Wisconsin.   • $2,080 – $2,246 per week*
  • 13-week contract with possibility to extend
  • Physical Therapist will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapist Certification/Licensure
  • 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
