Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is looking for a Full Time Family Practice Physician for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN.

Position Highlights:

• (4) 10/hour days
• Typically see between 18-25 per day
• Providers are scheduled for 36 hour per week
• Clinic hours are 7am – 5pm M-F
• Clinic is designated as a Rural Health Clinic (RHC)
• Providers need to be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

• Includes outpatient primary care clinic, ED and a small acute care unit
• Long-term care facility and home health conveniently located on hospital campus

• Located 50 miles southwest of Nashville offering a beautiful, peaceful rural setting

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
