Responsibilities

Ascension Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital is looking for a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for our Perinatology Team. 

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital to provide medical services to patients.

  • Call is home based and every fourth week/weekend with no in-house call requirements.
  • Consultative practice, with no delivery requirement at a Level 4 perinatal center offering the best of both worlds.
  • Our practice covers services from consultation only, to comprehensive care of the most complex obstetrical cases, with delivery services being covered by our fleet of OB hospitalists.
  • Enjoy full support from our two genetic counselors, fetal nurse navigator, and maternal nurse navigator
  • Sonographers on site with a core group of 4 who are also Echo certified.
  • GE E10 machines.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Podiatrist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Podiatric Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
