Physician Practice Marketing and Development ManagerAre you passionate about supporting physicians in launching their own medical practices? We’re seeking a proactive and engaging Physician Practice Marketing and Development Manager to drive the growth and success of our premier medical office property. Collaborate closely with physicians and our administration team to facilitate the establishment and expansion of medical practices within our vibrant healthcare center.Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Physicians Recruitment Committee to attract top-tier medical talent and assist them in starting new practices, relocating, or joining existing practices within our building.
  • Spearhead sales, marketing, and communication initiatives, collaborating with the board of directors on strategic planning to ensure full occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison for leasing activities, striving to maximize occupancy and support physician tenants in achieving their practice goals.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive knowledge of tenants’ plans and future requirements to support their practice development needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and capitalize on growth opportunities for physician recruitment and practice expansion.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with medical associations to enhance the visibility and appeal of our building as a preferred location for medical practices.
  • Develop and oversee our online presence through targeted social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns to engage prospective physicians.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain physician tenants, leveraging various platforms and outreach techniques.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with physicians and community stakeholders, organizing special events to showcase our building’s amenities and healthcare offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and commercial leasing, preferably within the healthcare or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software for efficient task execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport and trust with physician tenants and external stakeholders.
