Job Summary
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for supplying employment support for physicians-and does pre-screening for quality candidates for department consideration. This includes practicing effective customer relations and performing all functions using organizational priority setting skills. This position is also responsible for communicating effectively with customers/employees in CoxHealth administrative areas and Ferrell Duncan Clinic.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelors in a Related Field OR 5 years Recruiting or Administrative experience
Preferred: Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Psychology
Experience
Required: No Prior Experience Required
Preferred: Knowledge of medical and hospital operating environments preferred
Skills
Ability to relate to people at all levels required.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, good attention to detail required.
Ability to host lunch, dinner and other events required
