Position Title: Portfolio Planning Manager(US Citizens Only)
Location: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and analyzing the investment portfolio, ensuring that assets align with the company’s strategic objectives and risk tolerance.
Provide detailed financial analysis and performance reporting on portfolio holdings, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance benchmarks for the portfolio, generating reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Support the portfolio management team in developing investment strategies, asset allocation models, and investment research.
Analyze market trends, economic data, and industry reports to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization and diversification.
Develop and maintain financial models and tools to assess portfolio risk, return potential, and correlation of assets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reports, summarizing performance, market outlook, and investment recommendations.
Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, conducting research and analysis to evaluate potential opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams, such as risk management and compliance, to ensure the portfolio adheres to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Monitor portfolio transactions, including trades, rebalancing activities, and asset allocations, ensuring that trades are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Support the creation and maintenance of portfolio documentation, including investment policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and other risk management activities to assess the potential impact of various market conditions on the portfolio.
Collaborate with external advisors, custodians, and other financial partners to ensure smooth operations of portfolio-related activities.
Assist in creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and clients, to report on portfolio performance and strategy.
Stay current with financial market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes that may impact portfolio performance and risk management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or financial analysis, ideally within asset management, banking, or a related financial services environment.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (e.g., stocks, bonds, ETFs), and asset classes.
Solid proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
Experience in portfolio management software and financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or similar platforms).
Understanding of portfolio risk management techniques and the ability to assess the impact of risk on overall portfolio performance.
Ability to communicate complex financial data and analysis clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior executives.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC regulations, Dodd-Frank) and compliance issues related to portfolio management.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
