Post-doc computational scientist on correlative studies in multiple myeloma

The CANTHER lab (INSERM UMR-S1277 and CNRS UMR9020), at Lille University in France, recruits a computational scientist (Post-doc or Engineer) for 2 years initial contract. The positions is open from June 2024. The team is directed by Salomon MANIER (MD, PhD) and Suman MITRA (CRCN) and is focused on tumor persistence and immune response in hematological malignancies. The lab is part of the Canther Unit at ONCOLille and has affiliation to the Pasteur Institute and the CALYM consortium.

The position is open to work on a large correlative study of a clinical trials evaluating bispecific antibodies in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients (IFM2021-01, NCT05572229). The aim of the project is to assess the clonal evolution under immunotherapies by WGS and cell-free DNA sequencing, the presence of neoantigens, the role of neoantigen-specific T cells and the immune evolution during treatment.

 

We are seeking for highly motivated candidates with a strong interest in the field of genomic and immunology of blood cancers. The candidates should have experience in genomic sequencing and proficiency in R for bioinformatics analysis. Good communication skills in English are required.
