Summary of Job Duties:
The research associate will perform research in the area of Radio-Frequency (RF) devices, circuits and components, with emphasis on developing broad band antenna systems. The research activities may include surveying existing technologies, developing theoretical analysis, developing numerical schemes, designing and performing experiments, generating reports and developing research proposals.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Ph.D. in electrical Engineering or equivalent conferred by start date
Experience in electromagnetic theory, antennas, RF circuits and systems, with emphasis on antenna theory and experimental testing
Industrial experience is desirable
U.S. Citizenship is preferred
This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
