Postdoctoral Scientist

Requirements :

· Ph.D. in relevant scientific discipline such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.

· Hands-on laboratory experience preferably in an independent project preferred.

· Applies knowledge of basic science and employs solid laboratory skills to execute bench experiments

· Must be able to formulate experimental hypotheses and analyze and interpret scientific data.

· Knowledge of all aspects of POC/Rapid tests, and/or immunoassay development to include multiplexed ELISA, production, quality control, and interpretation of the products.

· Ability to organize and prioritize workflows and work effectively and efficiently.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to management and subordinates.

· Knowledge of Design Control, QSRs and ISO 9001 and a working knowledge of experimental design and interpretation.

· Laboratory skills, such as protein purification, antibody conjugation, lateral flow assay development skill and/or immunoassay development skills
