We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Producer to lead the planning and delivery of our ambitious programme of productions, festivals and creative projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape over 60 productions and projects each year, working with students, renowned artists and industry partners to create outstanding artistic and educational experiences.
As Producer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of productions-from initial artistic planning through to delivery, evaluation and future development. Working closely with senior academic and operational colleagues, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest artistic, educational and operational standards.
You’ll play a key role in bringing together artists, students, budgets, schedules and audiences while developing exciting collaborations that strengthen LAMDA’s reputation nationally and internationally.

Significant experience producing theatre or live performance projects from concept through to delivery.
Experience managing multiple complex productions simultaneously.
Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation.
Experience contracting and managing freelance creative teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across artistic, academic and operational teams.
Knowledge of theatre licensing, industry agreements and freelance contracting.
Experience developing partnerships and building professional networks across the cultural sector.
A passion for artist development, education and creating exceptional learning environments.

Producing and delivering a diverse programme of public productions, festivals, showcases and creative projects across multiple venues.
Planning and scheduling productions across LAMDA’s theatres and rehearsal spaces.
Building and managing creative teams, commissioning and contracting freelance directors, designers, choreographers, movement directors, musical directors and other theatre practitioners.
Managing production budgets of over £400,000, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Developing partnerships with theatres, artists and organisations that enhance student learning and LAMDA’s external profile.
Producing key events including the BA/MFA Graduate Showcase, MishMash Festival and new writing initiatives.
Supporting student learning by working closely with academic and technical teams throughout the production process.
