Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Head of Production who will lead the in-house Production team, manage production budgets across all our activities and provide advice across both internal departments and external partners. The postholder will deliver all day-to-day production requirements to support the technical infrastructure, specification & design of the 4 annual festival sites, to include both temporary and fixed venues, and support year round activities. This salary is based on flexible working days/hours across the year. This role can be a mix of remote home working and working from our offices based in Cheltenham. Evening and weekend work will be required during the lead up to a festival site build, across live festival days and then the get out, de-rig of festival sites.

You will be well organised, have excellent project management, budgetary IT and CAD skills and enjoy immersing yourself in the production of world-class live events.
