The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Office of Administrative Operations (OPS) is seeking a Program Management Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure sufficient operation of its Procurement and Administration Section. The position’s primary focus is on financial and administrative activities however, candidates must also be capable of providing support to various other areas of the Office.
The Program Management Assistant performs a wide range of administrative support duties relating to information management; program coordination; logistical support; records management and the processing of administrative documents including some on-line systems such as the Library of Congress: 1) financial systems such as Momentum, Financial Reporting System, Library of Congress Budget System, 2) facilities management system, and 3) WebTA system). This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position.
The tour of duty for this position is full-time.
