We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and motivated Programme & Events Assistant to support the successful planning and delivery of our diverse programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in arts, events or venue management. Working as part of the Programming team, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of activities that contribute to the delivery of live performances, concerts and events.
The role provides vital administrative and coordination support to the Programming team. Working closely with colleagues across Programming, Contracts, Events, Production, Marketing and Front of House teams, you will help ensure that the information needed to deliver successful events is accurate, up to date and shared in a timely manner. You may also have opportunities to support artists and visiting companies, assist with venue show-rounds and gain practical insight into how a busy live events programme operates.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive, flexible approach to work.
