in high quality SUDS programmes working closely with Water Companies across the region.

Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Programme Delivery Manager

Location: Home based with travel across South

Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2024

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Summary of role:

Working closely with Water Companies across the region, the SuDS Programme Manager will oversee
high quality SUDS programmes spanning community/stakeholder engagement through to on the ground
delivery, alongside Groundwork’s landscape architects and our SuDS contractors.

The role will work across our domestic property SuDS programmes as well as in a range of public
open spaces, utilising a range of techniques for holistically managing water runoff at source,
and specifically to reducing the quantity of surface water that drains into sewers and into
local watercourses.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a relevant degree, vocational
qualifications in Project Management and/or Landscape Architecture and /or SuDS industry
experience to:

  • Project manage the development and implementation of SuDS and landscape design programmes,
    and improvement projects working with public, private and voluntary sectors clients across the
    South of England.
  • Lead the business development and direct income generation for SuDS programme of work, to
    fulfil business plan targets and the strategic expansion and growth of the landscape services
    in SuDS delivery.
  • Operate effectively as a senior member of the Trust, providing support to the landscape,
    engagement and other operational delivery teams.
