Job Summary

The Programme & Productions Administrator is essential in supporting the administration and delivery of in-house and visiting productions at the Northcott and Barnfield Theatres.

Job Description

Working closely with the Creative Director, Programme Producer and Theatre Manager, the Programme & Productions Administrator will provide key administrative support, and serve as a vital link between programming and other internal departments. A primary focus of this role will be liaising with visiting companies to create deal memos, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated to the relevant teams.

Salary: £18,608.80, rising to £19,488 after 12 months

Working Hours: 31.2 Hours Per week (0.8FTE)

Working Pattern: Across 4 or 5 days Monday – Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work. They will be an excellent team player with strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to demonstrate a pragmatic, focused approach to work.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or an understanding of arts administration or live theatre production. It would be particularly suited to those interested in learning more about programming and operations for a regional mid-scale venue.
