Project Administration Officer


Cecoforma is looking for a highly-motivated Project Administration Officer to be part of a dynamic team in our Brussels office.

Main Tasks

Working under the supervision of the Financial and B2P Directors, the Project Administration Officer will be in charge of the administrative and financial follow-up of institutional EU-funded events organised by Cecoforma.

This includes

  • Contacts with the Project Managers in charge of the operational part of the event.
  • Invoices check-up
  • Regular Administrative and financial follow-up
  • Filling and keeping reliable administrative files
  • Financial file consolidation: audit preparation


  • 2-3 years’ experience in B2I administrative handling.
  • Strong analytical and organisation skills
  • The ability to prioritize
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Thoroughness and commitment
  • Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written, any other language(s) would be an asset
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible
