Person Specification
Essential – Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Experience coordinating projects in the arts, heritage, education or charitable sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.

Desirable- Knowledge of craft, heritage or jewellery sectors. Experience managing grant-funded projects. Experience organising events. Experience working with volunteers. Familiarity with digital learning platforms. Experience collecting monitoring and evaluation data.
Personal Qualities – We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, Positive and proactive, Collaborative, Adaptable, Calm under pressure, and most importantly, Passionate about supporting traditional craft skills.
