In this role, you will support and manage the operational aspects of ongoing Share Capacity Enablement and Model Based Enterprise (MBE) projects and serve as liaison between the Business Areas and Enterprise Operations teams. This includes model-based Manufacturing & Quality Process Planning, Quality Information Framework (QIF), Supply Chain Playbook, and Model Based Integration product teams. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Providing Scrum Master support for product teams
- Managing schedule and budget status/reports
- Facilitating Agile Ceremonies
- Supporting architecture development and modeling
- Identifying cross value stream integration (CVSI) opportunities and developing action plans
- Developing mechanisms for organization change management including the creation of training or communication plans
- Partnering with Business Area representatives to engage in product team activities

This role is fully remote, but occasional travel may be required. US citizenship is required due to system access.Basic Qualifications
- Strong experience/background in manufacturing and/or quality
- Experience with project management or leadership
- Familiarity with PLM planning/CAD tools (PTC MPMLink, Dassault 3DX, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations, and with multiple business areas
- Excellent written, verbal, and briefing/presentation communications skills
- US Citizenship is required due to systems access
Desired skills
- Experience as a Scrum Master or relevant certifications (SAFe, CSM, etc)
- Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills; and the capability to listen and influence
- Direct experience or understanding of LM Digital Transformation and 1LMX
- Experience within multiple Business Areas
