Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

With a strong focus over the coming year on reviewing and improving how we work, we are looking for a project delivery professional who brings a strong business analysis and process-improvement mindset. You will lead discovery, map processes, and help define future ways of working across technology, operational efficiency, and organisational development initiatives.

We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the right candidate, including part-time hours or flexible scheduling, for this role.

Who You Are

Proven experience managing end-to-end projects within structured frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.

Solid background in project risk, budget, and resource management.
