The Position
As a Project Manager in the Pharma Law team, you will work on a wide range of exciting tasks and assume a high degree of responsibility. You will report to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Pharma Law, and will support our management team on strategic projects, processes, and other tasks related to managing the team, its key responsibilities and tasks, and its internal and external stakeholders.
In close collaboration with the Pharma Law management team and other relevant team members, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing team strategies and related key deliverables, overseeing team and individual development plans and activities, and hiring/onboarding new employees
- Coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals
- Conducting research, analysing data, and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making
- Overseeing and optimising meeting calendars, supporting the preparation and execution of presentations, meetings, and events to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Developing and maintaining organizational systems, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong business partnering
Qualifications
We are seeking applicants who are interested in applying and further developing their project management skills within the intersection of law and business, particularly in the context of the pharmaceutical industry.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A relevant Master’s degree, e.g. in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Law or another relevant field
- 5+ years of experience from international organisation(s) working with project management, consulting or similar
- Project management skills, incl. ability to drive multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a structured manner, and to take a strategic approach to risk management and prioritisation
- Excellent communications skills and fluency in English
- Be comfortable with the MS Office package and have a flair for IT
On a personal level, you are oranized and structured, possessing strong work ethics and thriving in a busy work environment, while having a strong analytical mindset and ability to combine your qualitative and quantitative skills comfortably. Additionally, you are curious, solution-oriented, and are able to maintain a positive attitude while communicating clearly and concisely with different stakeholders.
About the Department
You will be joining our dynamic and international Pharma Law team. We are the legal partner across the value chain to Novo Nordisk’s corporate functions – from Development to Product Supply and Commercial. In total, we are more than 50 employees located at our headquarters in Bagsvaerd, Denmark; Bangalore, India; and at different production sites across the world. We are part of Novo Nordisk’s Global Legal Intellectual Property and Security (GLIPS) function, headed up by our Group General Counsel. GLIPS consists of 450+ colleagues situated in over 40 locations around the world.
