Provision of document checking devices

Summary of Requirements

The OSCE intends to establish a Long-Term Agreement for the Provision of Document checking devices for a period of three years, subject to operational needs, availability of funds and the Contractor’s satisfactory performance. The devices should enable the verification of passports, identity cards, visas and other security documents, and support the detection of counterfeit and altered documents by allowing users to examine security features under different light sources and magnification. The equipment is intended for use by border management, law enforcement and other authorities responsible for document verification.
