Your role
As business process lead for the Power Technique Business Area, you will play a key role in building a global process organization that drives efficiency, standardization, and digital integration across our divisions and finance hubs.
In this role, you act as the bridge between operations, finance, and IT, ensuring that our processes support business performance and align with the overall Power Technique strategy. You design and continuously improve core business processes, define KPIs to measure their effectiveness, and identify improvement areas to enhance transparency and performance. You lead process documentation efforts, ensuring consistency and compliance across all entities, and you collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and integrate technology that optimizes workflows.
You will also oversee change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by engaging stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You support divisions and hubs in developing process capabilities and provide training to reinforce standard methodologies. With a strong focus on digital transformation, you work closely with IT teams to integrate ERP systems and other digital tools that enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
In addition to managing ongoing optimization projects, you will report on process performance, highlighting achievements and opportunities for further improvement. You’ll lead a global team of process professionals and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, ERP program managers, and divisional finance teams.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field, with at least five years’ experience in process management, business analysis, or operational excellence;
- Proven ability to design, document, and optimize processes across business functions, with strong project management, data analysis, and ERP system skills;
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies are a plus;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, able to motivate teams and build strong partnerships across departments and geographies;
- Analytical, detail-oriented, independent, and adaptable, able to thrive in a global, changing environment with willingness to travel regularly to Antwerp and other company sites.
