Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager with extensive Healthcare testing experience to join our team in QEA practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Facets, Facets – Claim portfolio, Azure cloud Migration and Agile methodologies along with domain experience in Payer Healthcare domain. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the overall success of our projects and making a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Facets and Facets – Claims modules.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.
• Work with different stakeholders to strategize, design and plan the execution of test cases related to Azure Cloud migration.
• Good knowledge of backend SQL querying skills writing different complex JOINS
• Extensively involved in Defect Reporting by using “JIRA” tool & defect metrics
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze different business process areas for automation feasibility and develop automation scripts with automation tools using Selenium Web Driver and Java/Python based framework.
• Contribute in building test automation frameworks
• Build Test Automation Script and contribute in integration the scripts into the overall DevOps CICD pipeline.
• Monitor and track testing progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide assistance to end-users.

What you bring to the role:

• Overall, 10 to 14 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in a Healthcare domain.
• Possess strong expertise in Healthcare Facets and Facets – Claims modules.
• Have extensive experience in the Payer domain.
• Have a proven track record of leading testing efforts in complex projects.
• Display proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
• Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing of Facets Claims and Billing modules to identify and resolve defects.
• Strong knowledge in Java and Python languages
• Hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright
• Have some understanding on Robotic process Automation
• Experience in Github and CICD pipeline
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on testing progress.
• Ensure all testing activities are documented and comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
