Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with extensive healthcare experience to join our team in QEA practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Facets, Facets – Claim portfolio, Azure cloud Migration and Agile methodologies along with domain experience in Payer Healthcare domain. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the overall success of our projects and making a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

What you bring to the role:

• Overall, 10 to 12 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in a Healthcare domain.
• Strong expertise in Healthcare Facets and Facets – Claims modules.
• Have extensive experience in the Payer domain.
• Display proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
• Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects.
• Hands-on experience in Selenium, Playwright, Katalon, Groovy scripting.
• Have some understanding on Robotic process Automation.
• Experience in Github and CICD pipeline.
• Good knowledge of backend SQL querying skills writing different complex JOINS.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Facets and Facets – Claims modules.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
• Work with different stakeholders to strategize, design and plan the execution of test cases related to Azure Cloud migration.
• Extensively involved in Defect Reporting by using “JIRA” tool & defect metrics
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
• Analyze different business process areas for automation feasibility and develop automation scripts with automation tools using Selenium Web Driver and Java/Python based framework.
• Build Test Automation Script and contribute in integration the scripts into the overall DevOps CICD pipeline.
• Monitor and track testing progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing of Facets Claims and Billing modules to identify and resolve defects.
