Responsibilities:

• Determining the quality requirements of international standards in the food & pharma sector
• Analysing production processes with regard to the special requirements in the food & pharma sector (e.g. HACCP)
• Initiating the necessary changes to our documentation, processes and certificates
• Maintaining and updating international certificates in the Food & Pharma area
• Training the employees involved and checking the specifications in the form of internal audits of our systems 
• Accompanying the corresponding audits of certification companies and customers
• If necessary, accompanying the approval of suppliers on site

Qualifications:

• Completed studies (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.) in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy or food technology or comparable training
• Good knowledge of the relevant international regulations and legal provisions EU1935-2004/EMA, FDA, FSA/MHRA and other national regulations
• Several years of professional experience in quality management including experience in dealing with quality methods, e.g. HACCP, FMEA
• Communication skills, consistent orientation towards the market, open-mindedness towards changes in customer requirements, independent and cost-conscious behaviour 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of QM systems and audits
• Experience in dealing with certification companies
