About NSPPL :
The National Syrian Project for Prosthetic Limbs has been established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help the people whose parts have been imputed as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic parts and the appropriate rehabilitation and NSPPL is a non-profit organization which serves people in Syria and Turkey.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Record the patient data when they arrive.
- Coordinate the patient appointment.
- Good coordination with case management regarding the center’s visitors
- Maintain accurate patient files for all cases.
Qualifications & requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, particularly in roles involving direct interaction with patients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
- Previous medical or NGOs experience is preferred.
- Experience working on Excel files.

حول المشروع الوطني السوري للأطراف الصناعية :
تأسس المشروع الوطني السوري في شهر شباط من العام 2013 على يد مجموعة من الاطباء السوريين المغتربين في الخارج بهدف تعويض المصابين في الحرب السورية بالأطراف الصناعية وإعادة تأهيلهم وهي منظمة انسانية غير ربحية تقدم خدماتها في سوريا و تركيا .
المهام والواجبات الوظيفية :
– تسجيل بيانات المرضى عند وصولهم.
– اعطاء مواعيد للمرضى و متابعة المواعيد.
– تنسيق جيد مع إدارة الحالة بما يخص مراجعي المركز.
– الحفاظ على ملفات المريض بشكل دقيق لجميع الحالات.
المؤهلات و المتطلبات:
– شهادة ثانوية عامة أو أعلى
– خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في منصب وظيفي مشابه و ضمن دور ينطوي على التفاعل المباشر مع المرضى .
– من الضروري أن تكون مهارات التواصل الكتابية و الشفوية باللغة العربية و الإنكليزية جيدة.
– يفضل من لديه خبرة مسبقة في المجال الطبي أو في العمل مع المنظمات الغير حكومية.
– خبرة في العمل على ملفات الاكسل.
