- Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans.
Scheduling Calls:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and calls with candidates.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to efficiently manage calendars.
- Ensure timely and effective communication to maximize candidate engagement.
Headhunting:
- Collaborate with recruiters to conduct high-quality headhunts.
- Identify and approach passive candidates for key positions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative headhunting strategies.
Database Management:
- Utilize Bullhorn CRM for efficient data management.
- Update candidate information regularly to maintain accuracy.
- Generate reports and insights from the CRM for better decision-making.
Shortlisting:
- Assist in creating shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters to evaluate and refine shortlisting criteria.
- Ensure the shortlisting process aligns with organizational goals.
Administrative Support:
- Use Microsoft Office tools for scheduling, email management, and documentation.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking candidate interactions and communications.
- Keep the manager informed with market information and competitive intelligence.
