The Regional Director of Clinic Operations will partner effectively with Practice Managers, staff, and physicians to develop programs to attain the highest levels of patient focused care, provide leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of organizational objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrates core leadership competencies (e.g., building a successful team, building organizational talent, building partnerships, coaching and developing others, using compelling communication, driving execution, leading change, leading through vision and values, selecting talent, focusing on the customer, financial acumen).
  • Prioritizes opportunities to develop employees at all levels which encourages transparency, collaboration, and an atmosphere where all employees feel respected and valued.
  • Directs operations, including ongoing implementation of organizational key performance metrics, continuous improvement, and service line development.
  • Recruits, develops, and motivates leaders to ensure a highly-engaged and values-focused leadership team.
  • Supports use of standardized continuous improvement tools and methodologies to achieve high value performance in all functional areas within scope of position.
  • Coordinates with Finance and Human Resources in managing resources and meeting both departmental and service line operating budgets.
  • Oversees department processes, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, organization policy, and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration or other relevant field of study required.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in management with a minimum of three (3) years supervisory role in a health care setting required.
  • Pharmacy Assistant License required within 90 days of hire.

Salary:

  • $56.00 – $84.00 depending on experience
