Job SummaryThe RN in the Avera Medical Call Center is responsible for assessment triage, planning, providing appropriate nursing interventions/options, education and evaluation of caller outcomes. The Avera Medical Call Center RN is also responsible for marketing of the hospital services, facilitating referrals to local physicians and community services.Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota is required within 90 days of employment.

Work Schedule

• Day/Evening Shift; 32hrs/2wks

PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $26.25 – $39.25 per hour
