RN Charge Nurse – $5000 Hiring & Retention BonusColorado Springs, COLOCATION: Springs Village Healthcare Center, Colorado Springs, COPOSITION: RN/LPN Unit Manager Skilled UnitPAY RATE: RN- $35Hr- $44.34 Hr DOESIGN ON BONUS – $5000 Hiring & Retention Bonus (Employment requirement must be met for pay out)SHIFT AVAILABLE: Day Shift 6a – 6pm 3 Day WeeksJoin a great community that offers Skilled Nursing and Rehab Services**WE ALSO OFFER REFERRAL BONUSES – refer your friends and get up to $2000 for each referral hired!RESPONSIBILITIES
- Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
- Completes resident assessments
- Provides direction and leadership to care staff
- Training staff on medication administration and other care duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills, Point Click Care a Plus
- Love for seniors!
