Apply for our RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services role today!Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the direction of the Department Director provides oversight for the Emergency Department and application of the nursing process and nursing standards in assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of nursing care. Participates in the coordination of department activities on a 24-hour basis to optimize quality and cost effective care. In the absence of the Director assumes responsibility for direction in the Emergency Department. Maintain standards of professional nursing and supports the mission and vision of JFK Medical Center.What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Minimum of 3 years current Emergency Room nursing experience acute care hospital experience
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management
