What You”ll DoRTI is seeking to build a roster of experienced short and long-term technical and management experts for two anticipated DFAT program opportunities in Timor-Leste, one of which will focus on private sector development and the other on human development (health, education and disability). We invite candidates who are interested in working in Timor-Leste and have experience working in similar country contexts who have expertise in one or more of the following areas listed below to submit their CVs for consideration. Expertise in one or more of the listed technical and/or management disciplines. Prior experience working on DFAT projects, highly desirable. Professional experience working in Southeast Asia; Timor-Leste experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working with relevant government, civil society, and private sector stakeholders, where relevant. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Portuguese or Tetum preferred. Qualification
