As a Sales Director, Your impact will be:

  • Demonstrate extensive experience collaborating with Canadian Hospitals and Provincial Health Authorities.
  • Execute comprehensive land-and-expand campaigns, managing projects from proof of concept (POC) to large-scale deployments.
  • Meet and exceed enterprise quota targets consistently.
  • Cultivate local partnerships with key allies such as Crowdstrike, ServiceNow, Cisco, AWS, and others.
  • Generate high-quality appointments and cultivate pipeline opportunities.
  • Periodically participate in industry conferences and events.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing Claroty’s cutting-edge products.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Possess at least 8 years of direct enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably within the Healthcare and Cyber Security sector.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Challenger Sales selling methodologies.
  • Strong track record of quota achievement.
  • Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and flexibility and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with solid presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (at least 25%).
