• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Pharma & Early Life Nutrition business, ensuring alignment with company goals.Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

• Proven experience in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical or life sciences, or nutrition sector.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
