The person will be a key member of our team, responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors, driving sales, developing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for art, and the ability to work weekends. The Salary Band is £28,000 – £35,000
Job Requirements

– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Art, Design, or a related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
– Hands-on mentality and a proactive work ethic.
– Capable of working independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
– High degree of engagement and the willingness to familiarise yourself with a new environment.
– Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
