You work in the domain responsible for developing and supporting SaaS and other applications covering the full HR landscape withing Proximus.
As an SAP HR Functional Analyst, focusing on Payroll, you will be involved maintaining and keeping the SAP HR solution running.
As a functional analyst you are responsible for translating the HR Business and IT needs into functional specifications, requirement definition, application analysis within SAP Payroll and Time Management modules.
Role and Responsibilities:
You take the leading role in functional analysis of projects and enhancements.
You are responsible for configuring, adapting, supporting the payroll execution & schedule.
You acquire a good understanding of the business requirements and processes, in order to translate these into a robust solution design.
You look for creative and simple solutions and you provide clear, structured documentation for the users, as well for the development teams and testers.
You make project estimates and identify impact on IT infrastructure.
You are responsible for the follow-up of the projects assigned to you.
You are responsible for the payroll integration with other SaaS solutions.
You are an active and highly collaborative member of a self-organizing scrum team, delivering with Agile mindset, processes and tools.
You explain the solution to the development team and guide them through the development cycle.
You report on the status of your projects to the project team and identify potential risks.
You provide support to the operations team in case of major incidents
You keep a general overview on the architecture of the solution and its evolution. You are accessible for all matters in the functional domain of SAP HR time/payroll
You stay up to date with technical developments and evolutions in time/payroll
Your profile
You have a bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in an IT & HR related domain) or equivalent by experience.
you have 3 to 5 years’ experience as SAP HR Analyst with a good SAP knowledge in the domain of Payroll and Time.
You have profound experience in analysis in a complex IT environment.
You have knowledge and preferably experience of agile development (Scrum) principles.
Knowledge in one or several of that following domains will be considered as an advantage: continuous integration and automated test & build, Microservices, SOA, REST SOAP, SAP Workzone, BTP.
You are analytical and assertive, customer- and solution-oriented.
