Job Description

Active Training Team Ltd are a London-based company who use experiential and immersive training to bring about behavioural change in people and organisations. Our training combines interactive experiences, film, drama, live action and facilitated discussion.

We currently have this amazing new opportunity for a new Scheduling Administrator within our operations department:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To enable the smooth operation of our London immersive centre, the EPIC theatre-based training programme, managing the freelancer cohort who deliver the day and organising shift rotas.

Job Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:

  • A degree-level or equivalent qualification, OR equivalent, relevant experience for the role
  • At least 1 years’ experience in arts administration, or production administration, or stage management, or technical theatre or video production or live events
  • An understanding of the challenges of working with a large cohort of freelancers
  • Experience of dealing with complicated schedules, in a live events setting
  • High level of competency in IT skills (general administration)
  • High level of competency in English and Maths

  • Ability to work proactively and efficiently at all times.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, with an ever-changing and often challenging workflow.
