The Opportunity:We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at CACI. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for assigned Government projects, ensuring team members work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to your assigned team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.Ensure that configuration management practices are being followed by the lab team.Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principlesQualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through Scrum Alliance.Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.Ability to assign work to a small team and report progress to government leadershipMust be able to obtain a security clearance (Must be US Citizen)Desired:Working knowledge of Aegis Combat/Weapon Systems.SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.Active SECRET level clearance–What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. So is ours.Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
