Job Description:

Facilitate and conduct Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
Provide support to product owner to prioritize list of user stories to be considered for each Sprint /release
Support user stories have enough clarity to consider them in Sprint backlog
Support the scrum team and facilitate removal of obstacles and impediments
Help scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
