Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer expectations.
- Act as a servant leader, ensuring that the team has the resources they need to succeed.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
- Track and manage sprint progress, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and conducting regular retrospectives.
- Coach the team to higher levels of maturity in agile practices at a sustainable pace.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across teams in applying Scrum principles.
- Ensure adherence to agile processes while encouraging innovation and flexibility.
- Contribute to T&T proposal activities and all other duties as assigned by T&T managers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and roles
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead teams through change
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working in a DevOps or CI/CD environment
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices
Education/Experience:
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
