Our clients need flexible data structures and a streamlined data architecture that quickly turns data resources into informative, meaningful intelligence.*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our cloud migration projects in data engineering landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies & program management and proven experience in managing data engineering cloud migration initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of data and cloud migration processes.Key Responsibilities:· Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.· Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of data and cloud migration projects.· Team Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, including data engineers, cloud architects, analysts, and stakeholders.· Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project impediments, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.· Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.· Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and implementing best practices.· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and progress reports.· Risk and Escalation ManagementRequired Qualifications:· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.· Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Experience:· Minimum 15 years of work experience including minimum 10+ years of experience in Program Management with min 5 years as Scrum Master.· Proven experience in managing data engineering and cloud migration projects.· Familiarity with data engineering and cloud migration tools and techniques.· Healthcare domain experience is added advantage.Skills:· Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).· Excellent communication and leadership skills.· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA, Confluence).· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines along with effective risk and escalation management.Preferred Qualifications:· Advanced Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe or other relevant project management certifications.· Technical Skills: Experience with data management/ETL tools such as Informatica, AbInitio, SAS or similar, and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure.
