Senior Artist Manager

Experience

• Experience within the field of classical artist management, and/or the wider classical music industry.
• An established network of professional contacts.
• An understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is essential; prior experience with Overture software is desirable.

Person Specification

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of classical music and the classical music industry.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Self-motivated and curious, with a positive attitude and willingness to think and work creatively, both independently and collaboratively, as part of a tight-knit team.
• Willingness to adapt, act, and react creatively to the demands of a fast-changing and challenging marketplace.
• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written), and a professional, confident demeanour.
• Willingness to travel.
