You’ll play a key role managing and driving application security vulnerability remediation’s and drive effective resolutions, continuously tracking and reporting on initiative progress. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates, tracks and manages remediation of application security vulnerabilities and secrets violation findings.Provides guidance on remediation of the vulnerabilities and escalates overdue completions as per the documented process.Documents best practices on secure application development, management, and coaches the application teams on it.Collaborates with business partners to track and report on initiative milestones and/or risk remediation effortsEnsures remediation solutions are validated, risks are fully mitigated, and open findings are resolvedAssists in the preparation of department, committee, and board-level reports and presentation materialEscalates to senior peers or management in order to satisfy target deadlinesMinimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:Bachelors – Information Security, Information Technology, Analytics, Business or Project Management2+ Years – Application Security, Application Development, Information Security, Information Technology, or relatedIn lieu of a degree 4+ Years – Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or relatedInternal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of advanced beginner on the Dreyfus cybersecurity scalePreferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we’d also look for:Comp TIAGIACExternal applicants will be required to perform a technical interview.What are you waiting for?
