This position is based in Ulm, Germany.
As the Head of Medical Affairs-Germany, your primary role is to provide overall Medical leadership through alignment with the Germany General Manager and Regional Medical VP. We see this role as a strategic partner to Commercial teams, Market Access teams and other key local and regional functions to ensure the successful delivery of Teva’s new innovative product launches, Pivot to Growth strategy, external engagement, and execution of R&D programs.
With your broad medical affairs background, you will be able to lead by example and set standards for medical affairs being and enabling function and one of the key factors in our commercial story. A key aspect of our way of working is collaboration – we expect it within the medical affairs unit but also in working with other departments.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with strong, seasoned and highly experienced professionals in generic medicine, who are the backbone of our company. Simultaneously, you will be setting up new processes and teams for future launches of innovative medicine as part of our Pivot to Growth strategy.
Among the focus areas will be the acceleration of patient recruitment for pipeline products and Teva studies (Phase I-II-III-IV) while also delivering global and regional KPIs for investigator engagement. You will be providing strong compliance oversight to investigator-sponsored studies, collaborative research, company-sponsored studies and PSPs.
As Head of Medical Affairs Germany, you will also attend and contribute to the European Medical leadership team, establishing strong collaboration and alignment with the Regional Medical Team (TA Leads, Strategy Operations) based in Amsterdam Netherlands.
