Your purposeful career begins here.Summary:Reporting to the Head of US Commercial and Business Development, The Sr Commercial Coordinator will play a key role in supporting event planning and organization, support for the Cell Therapy Liaison team, and management of operational processes.Main responsibilities:Event Planning and Organization:

  • Plan and organize a variety of commercial events, including training sessions, congresses, product launch meetings, and advisory boards.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure seamless execution of events, from initial planning through to post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure all events align with strategic objectives and compliance requirements.

Support for Cell Therapy Liaisons (CTLs):

  • Provide organizational and administrative support to CTLs, facilitating the smooth execution of their responsibilities.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage communication between CTLs and other stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Operational Processes:

  • Manage the processing of purchase orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Track budgets and monitor expenditures.

Other duties as required by the BusinessREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a commercial coordination role, preferably within the oncology or rare disease industry.
  • Proven experience in event planning and organization, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budget tracking and financial management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
